About Christine
As the owner of Excite Physiotherapy, Christine has built the clinic around one-on-one appointments, a clear explanation of what is going on, and a plan built around your goals.
With over 18 years of experience, she sees a wide range of patients, from people with long-standing neck and back pain to athletes trying to get back to their sport. She uses a detailed biomechanical assessment to find what is driving your pain, then chooses the treatments that suit you, whether that is Advanced Manual Therapy, IMS (Gunn intramuscular stimulation), Shockwave Therapy, or a progressive exercise plan.
Christine has worked closely with elite athletes and weekend warriors alike, including CrossFit athletes, Canadian champion wakeboarders, OHL hockey players, Division 1 college basketball players, and world-class wrestlers.
Christine is also a credentialing instructor with the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, where she helps train and assess other Physiotherapists in advanced musculoskeletal care.
